The Bistro

We’ve scoured our favourite menus from a range of different counties and countries to bring you a selection of what we feel is the best of a little-bit-of-everything.

From a diverse menu of recipes, prepared with fresh locally sourced produce, where possible, our mission at the Bistro is to showcase the best of what Irish food has to offer - all of our dishes are lovingly devised and overseen by our co-owner and executive chef Gavin Cassidy, trained at the acclaimed hands of Derry Clarke of the Michelin Star L’Ecrivain in Dublin.

The Bistro A La Carte Lunch Menu runs for six hours, from 12pm to 5pm, then we change to an A La Carte Evening Menu from 5pm until 9pm.
